Terms of Service
Last updated 3 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Reachara. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What the service does
Reachara monitors the marketing channels of companies you name as competitors. You tell us who a competitor is — by website, by their account on a channel, or by a hashtag you keep seeing them under — we work out which hashtags that competitor is likely to be publishing under, you confirm the ones we should actually watch, and from then on we sweep that channel on a schedule and report what changed: what they posted, how far it travelled, and who else started posting under the same tags.
TikTok is the only channel available today. Other channels are planned, and nothing in these terms is a commitment to a date for any of them.
Everything we collect comes from pages that are publicly visible to anyone without signing in. We do not log into a competitor’s account, we do not ask you for one, and we could not use one if you offered it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with an API key issued from it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. An API key is shown to you once when it is created and cannot be recovered afterwards — if you lose it, revoke it and make another. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
3. Who you may monitor
Reachara is for watching businesses. You may point it at a company, a brand, or the account a business publishes under. You may not use it to monitor a private individual, to build a profile of someone who is not operating commercially, or to follow a person you have a personal connection to.
What we report about a competitor is what they published in public. We do not take account of anything they restricted, and asking us to find out something they did not publish is outside what the service does.
4. Plans and billing
Reachara is priced by monitored pair. One pair is one competitor on one channel — the same competitor on two channels is two pairs, and two competitors on TikTok is also two pairs.
- $99 a month — 2 monitored pairs, refreshed weekly.
- $199 a month — 6 monitored pairs, refreshed daily.
- $599 a month — 20 monitored pairs, refreshed daily.
- Reachara is a subscription, and there is no free tier. There is nothing to use until a plan is bought.
- Your plan sets how many pairs may be active at once. Pausing a pair frees the slot for another one and keeps the history we have already collected for it; you can restart it later.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Your pair allowance is a standing limit, not a monthly balance — it does not accumulate, and there is nothing to roll over.
- Cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part months, but if something went genuinely wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers.
5. Scheduling, and what “weekly” and “daily” mean
A refresh cadence is how often we queue a sweep of a pair, not a guaranteed delivery time. A sweep can come back short: a channel can rate-limit us, or challenge the crawl, or a hashtag can genuinely have had nothing new posted under it. We record which of those happened and show it to you rather than presenting a blocked sweep as a quiet week. If a pair stops being swept altogether, tell us — that is a fault on our side, not an expected outcome.
6. What you get, and what you may do with it
The reports, timelines and exports we produce for you are yours to use inside your business: read them, share them internally, put them in a deck, act on them. You may not resell the raw data as a data product of your own, or redistribute it in bulk to people who are not part of your organisation.
The underlying crawled data is not exclusive to you. It describes a public market, and two customers watching the same competitor are served by the same crawl — see our Privacy Policy for how that is separated from the data that is specific to you.
7. What we do not promise
We report a sample, not the whole channel. We see what a channel shows publicly on the hashtags being watched, at the moment we look. A post that was deleted, restricted, or never carried one of those tags will not appear, and its absence is not evidence that it did not exist.
Platform numbers are the platform’s. Play, like and comment counts are read from the channel and inherit whatever lag or error the channel has. Where a figure is internally inconsistent we flag it rather than rank on it, but we cannot correct it.
Derived figures are estimates. Anything we compute on top of those numbers — how far a post travelled relative to its account, which hashtags look like a competitor’s, how a week compares to the one before — is our interpretation, not a measurement, and should be treated as a lead to check rather than a fact to act on blindly.
We depend on channels we do not control. A platform can change what it shows publicly, or block automated access, at any time and without notice. That can degrade or stop a channel’s coverage.
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Reachara to:
- monitor, profile or track a private individual;
- harass, dox, or build a case against a specific person rather than a business;
- resell or redistribute the crawled data as a dataset, or rebuild a competing corpus from our API;
- attempt to defeat the rate limits, share one key across unrelated customers, or otherwise take more of the service than your plan provides;
- do anything unlawful, or anything that breaks a channel’s own rules.
We may suspend an account that does, and will say why.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including decisions taken on the basis of a report.
10. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; material changes will be emailed to you before they take effect, and continuing to use the service means accepting them. You may close your account at any time. We may close yours for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where it is possible to give it.
