Priced by what you watch. Every plan is the same product. The price goes up with how many competitors you follow, and how often.
Starter
2 monitored pairs, weekly refresh. Same reporting as every other plan — the tiers differ only in how much you watch and how often.
2 monitored pairs
Two of one competitor on one channel. Two competitors on TikTok, or one competitor and one hashtag you want watched in its own right.
Weekly refresh
Each pair is swept once a week and reported against the previous sweep. Enough to see a competitor's strategy; not enough to react to a single post while it is moving.
Included in Starter
TikTok channel
TikTok is the only channel open today. Instagram, YouTube and Reddit are planned and are not sold — no plan counts them and nothing in the product offers them.
Full post history for every pair
Every sweep is kept, so a pair accumulates a timeline rather than only its latest state. You can look back at what a competitor was running before you started watching them, from the first sweep onward.
CSV export
Every view downloads as a CSV — the videos, their metrics, the amplification score and the posting account's graded contact, one row each.

Hashtag mapping from a name
A website, an @handle or a tag is enough. Keyword search is blocked on TikTok; hashtag pages are not, so a competitor's name becomes up to 12 hashtag pages and the map tightens on every sweep.
Amplification ranking
Every video is scored by how far it outran the account that posted it, so a post that reached 186K people from 152 followers surfaces above a large account having an ordinary week.
Change since the last sweep
Each refresh is reported against the one before it — new videos under the tags, and accounts that had not appeared under them before. You read what moved, not the archive again.
Nothing metered
No credits, no per-sweep charge and no top-up. A pair is swept on its cadence for as long as you are subscribed, whether the sweep comes back rich or thin.
A pair is one competitor on one channel.
Growth
6 monitored pairs, daily refresh. Same reporting as every other plan — the tiers differ only in how much you watch and how often.
Recommended
6 monitored pairs
Six of one competitor on one channel — enough for a competitive set rather than a rival, at a third less per pair than Starter.
Daily refresh
Each pair is swept every day. A post that breaks out on Tuesday is in your report on Wednesday, while it still matters what you do about it.
Everything in Starter, plus
API access
The same sweeps and the same rows, at api.reachara.com, on the same account and the same monitored pairs. Reads cost nothing.
Email support
A real reply from someone who can read the job log for your pair, rather than a queue.

20 monitored pairs
Twenty of one competitor on one channel, for agencies and teams watching a whole category. The lowest price per pair we sell.

Higher API rate limits
Room to pull every pair on a schedule of your own rather than one at a time, for dashboards that refresh continuously.

Pairs. A pair is one competitor on one channel, and it is the only thing a plan limits
Starter is $99 for 2 monitored pairs, Growth is $199 for 6 monitored pairs, Scale is $599 for 20 monitored pairs. Two competitors on TikTok is two pairs; one competitor on two channels would be two as well, once a second channel exists.
No credits. Nothing here is metered, and there is no per-sweep chargeIn every plan
A sweep reads up to 12 hashtag pages and roughly 1,000 videos, and costs the same whether it comes back rich or thin. Browsing, filtering, exporting and the API's read endpoints cost nothing either. There is no balance to watch and no top-up to buy.
Cadence. How often each pair is swept is the second thing you are choosing
Starter: weekly refresh. Growth: daily refresh. Scale: daily refresh. A weekly sweep shows you a competitor's strategy; a daily one lets you react to one post while it is still moving. Every refresh is reported against the previous one.
Swaps. Change which competitor a pair watches whenever you likeIn every plan
A pair is a slot, not a contract on one company. Point it somewhere else and the new competitor's hashtags are mapped on the next sweep; the history you already collected on the old one stays readable.
Channels. TikTok today — and only TikTok
Instagram, YouTube and Reddit are planned. They are not sold, no plan counts them, and nothing in the product offers them. When one ships it becomes another channel you can point a pair at, at the same price per pair.
No contract. Cancel any time, from inside the productIn every plan
You keep access until the period you already paid for runs out. Nothing is pro-rated away and nobody has to be emailed.
Secure checkout. Stripe handles the card, over an encrypted connectionIn every plan
We never see or store a card number. Changing a card, reading an invoice or cancelling all happen in Stripe's own billing portal.
What a sweep is, measured: one live run against #caloriedeficit read 89 videos and the 69 accounts behind them in 9.8s. A monitored pair does that across up to 12 tags, on its cadence, for as long as you are subscribed. There is no per-sweep charge and no credit balance anywhere in the product.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as one monitored pair?
A pair is one competitor on one channel — say, your closest rival on TikTok. Watching two competitors is two pairs; watching one competitor on two channels would be two pairs as well, once a second channel exists. Capacity is the only thing a plan limits: $99 for 2 monitored pairs, weekly refresh; $199 for 6 monitored pairs, daily refresh; $599 for 20 monitored pairs, daily refresh.
Where does the data come from?
TikTok hashtag pages, read the same way a browser reads them. Keyword search is blocked to automated clients; hashtag pages are not, which is why a sweep is built out of tags rather than out of a search box. Everything we return — the video, its play count, the posting account's follower count, the contact in its bio — is public on the profile it came from.
How do you know which hashtags a competitor runs under?
From a website, an @handle or a tag you already know, Reachara builds a candidate set and then checks it against reality: which tags that competitor's videos actually keep appearing under. Tags that return nothing are dropped and the score carries into the next sweep, so the channel map tightens instead of staying whatever the first guess was.
How often is a pair refreshed?
Starter: weekly refresh. Growth: daily refresh. Scale: daily refresh. Cadence is the reason the tiers are not simply "more of the same" — a weekly sweep shows you a competitor's strategy, and a daily one lets you react to a single post while it is still moving.
Which channels can I watch?
TikTok today, and only TikTok. Instagram, YouTube and Reddit are planned and are not sold — nothing in the product offers them, and no plan counts them. When one ships it becomes a channel you can pair a competitor with, at the same price per pair.
What is amplification, exactly?
Plays divided by the posting account's own follower count. It measures how far a video travelled beyond the audience that already existed for it. A 152-follower account with a 186K-play video scores about 1226x; a million-follower account with a million plays scores 1x. Ranking a sweep this way is what separates a competitor's breakout post from their ordinary week.
Do you show ad spend or paid partnerships?
No. We read public videos and public profiles, and a sponsored post looks exactly like an organic one from there. Detecting spend would mean disclosure data or an ad library we do not read, so we do not estimate it and there is no number in the product that pretends to.
Do you show audience demographics?
No. Follower age, gender and location require follower-graph access we do not have, and we would rather say so than model a number and print it on a chart. If audience demographics are what you are buying, a tool with that access is the honest recommendation.
Do you show creators' contact details?
Only what an account published itself in its public bio, and only as a labelled fact on that account — a business email, a personal email, a bio link, or “no public contact”. Reachara is not an outreach tool: there is no email sending, no CRM, no lookalike search and no guessed address.
How long does a sweep take?
A single hashtag comes back in about ten seconds — one measured run of #caloriedeficit took 9.8s, reading 89 videos. A pair's full sweep is up to 12 tags and roughly 1,000 videos, in a couple of minutes. It runs on schedule, so in practice you are reading a result rather than waiting for one.
Are there credits, or a charge per sweep?
No. Nothing here is metered: a pair is swept on its plan's cadence for as long as you are subscribed, and a sweep costs the same whether it comes back rich or thin. What you buy is capacity — how many pairs, how often — starting at $99 a month. There is also no free tier; a new account can name a competitor and see the hashtags Reachara infers for it before subscribing.
Is there an API?
Yes — api.reachara.com, serving the same sweeps and the same rows the dashboard shows. It is deliberately the same application: an API key and a browser session resolve one account and the same monitored pairs, rather than two of each. API access is included from the Growth plan.
